When you book online, you can choose a time that is convenient for you. You can also choose the inspector who will be doing the inspection. This allows you to have control over the entire process.
Pricing
Unlike some other inspectors we provide our prices online. Our prices are some of the most competitive in the industry and are broken down into property types. House, Townhouse, Apartment condo and mobile home. We don’t charge extra for a finished basement. One garage (attached or detached) is also include din the price.
Give yourself time
In general, we recommend having your inspection at least 2-3 days prior to the condition removal and not the day of condition removal if possible. It will save you time, effort, and stress in the long run.
The sooner you get your home inspected, the more time you’ll have to address any concerns that come up. This way, you’ll be sure that all conditions are met and all potential issues can be addressed before closing.
