When do I get my Inspection Report?
Most people have a short amount of time between the inspection and condition removal so its important to get the report ASAP.
You will receive your report the same day as the inspection is complete. Your inspector will go over all findings with you during the walkthrough portion of the inspection, so you can ask questions and gain a better understanding of any issues that may be present in the home. When it comes time to receive your detailed written report, we offer digital copies (PDF format) as well as hard copies upon request. Printed reports may take longer depending on the inspector’s schedule. Make sure to confirm what form(s) of delivery are available before the inspection takes place, so there are no surprises at delivery time.
If no issues or few concerns were found during the inspection, then this should accelerate your speed for delivery. When it comes to your inspection report, be sure you understand what is included in the report and appreciated all efforts of the inspector that took the time to provide you with a detailed account of any findings. This will help ensure that the transition into your new home is smooth and stress-free.
