A Licensed Certified Master Inspector will inspect your future home. Specifically the inspection includes the Roof, Exterior, Attic, Interior, Plumbing, Electrical, Heating/AC and Structure. Inspected to the Alberta Government and InterNACHI Standards. Thermal Imaging is included with the standard inspection.
Upgrade to the Comprehensive Warranty Package which includes the 90 Day Warranty, SewerGard, Mold Safe, Platinum Roof Leak Protection(5 Year), RecallCheck on the appliances.
The home inspection will give you the information you need to make an informed decision about the property you are planning to buy in a clear, easy to understand, professional report (with photos).
You will receive the Inspection Report the same day as the inspection. It will be sent via email to you. The report is a PDF file so it can be easily opened on any computer. This also makes it easy to share with your REALTOR, family members or contractors.
