How will I get the Inspection Report?
The report is delivered the quickest and most convenient way via email. After the inspector has completed your inspection, the report will be emailed directly to you. It typically takes a few hours for the report to get processed and sent out. You can also get the report via mail the same day as the inspection. If for any reason you do not receive your report within 24 hours, please contact us at your earliest convenience.
This allows you to review it on your computer, tablet, or smartphone. Once you have received the report please take the time to review it as soon as possible. Write down any questions you have and either email them or schedule a phone call with the inspector. It’s better to address any questions or concerns you have as soon as possible.
It also allows you to easily share it with your realtor, family members or contractors. You may need to share the report with your realtor if there are issues you wish to renegotiate on. The inspection report gives the realtor the proof they need to successfully negotiate with the seller.
You may also wish to consult with a knowledgeable family member or friend. Having the report in an email makes this super easy.
The same goes for any contractors you may need to use for repairs or renovations.
