Unfortunately your home inspector does not have access to the homes bills or approximate utility costs for the home you are purchasing. This is beyond the scope of a home inspection.
Utility rates change and are different for various parts of the country.
How to get utility info
The best way to get this information is to ask through your realtor for the amounts of the utility costs for the past year (power, water, sewer, gas etc.)
Keep in mind your bills may be different based on your family size and lifestyle.
