At Executive Home Inspections we believe pricing should be clear and easy to understand before you book. Below you'll find our rates for every property type we inspect. All prices are subject to GST. House or Half Duplex

Base price: $499 + GST (up to 1,500 sq ft)

• Up to 1,500 sq ft — $499
• 1,501 – 2,000 sq ft — $549
• 2,001 – 2,500 sq ft — $599
• 2,501 – 3,000 sq ft — $649
• Over 3,000 sq ft — contact us for a quote

Additional fees that may apply:

• Properties more than 50 km from our office — travel fee applies
• Homes built before 1960 — additional fee applies
• Home Warranty inspection bundled with purchase inspection — add $25

Example: A 1,900 sq ft home = $549 + GST

Townhouse / Rowhouse Condo

Base price: $449 + GST (up to 1,500 sq ft)

• Up to 1,500 sq ft — $449
• 1,501 – 2,000 sq ft — $499
• 2,001 – 2,500 sq ft — $549
• 2,501 – 3,000 sq ft — $599
• Over 3,000 sq ft — contact us for a quote
