Mold Safe — 90 Day Coverage If no visible mold or moisture issues were identified during your home inspection, this coverage provides remediation of any new visible mold that appears on permanently installed surfaces during the 90 day agreement term.
Platinum 5 Year Roof Leak Protection Provides coverage for leak repairs for five years following your inspection. Please note — any defects, leaks, or moisture issues identified during the inspection are not covered. This plan covers new leaks only and is not a policy of insurance. Damage resulting from fire, flood, lightning, vandalism, or other perils should be reported to your homeowner's insurance provider.
RecallChek — Appliance Recall Service RecallChek has compiled over 205 million recalls from public records to identify dangerous flaws with home appliances. If a manufacturer has issued a recall on any of your appliances, they are required to repair it at no charge.

Is the Warranty Package Worth It? At $25 it's one of the lowest cost ways to protect yourself in the 90 days after possession — the period when most unexpected issues surface. A single service call on a furnace, water heater, or electrical panel will cost many times that amount. For most buyers it's an easy decision.
